How Does Using a Sleep Consultant Work?

The Super Sleeper Program is split into three phases.  They are...

You schedule your consultation and begin filling out a Family Assessment, so we can learn more about your family, your baby, and your unique situation. Youll tell us the things youve tried before (if any) and what youre wanting us to specifically help you with.  From moving to the crib, to longer naps, to no more wake-ups, to ALL those and more...were up for the challenge!

You meet with Amy in her Virtual Chat Room for 90 minutes to get to know each other, go over your Health Assessment, and discuss several sleep coaching options. Together you will go through those sleep recommendations and decide which sleep coaching methods you think will be the best fit for your baby and your unique parenting style.  

After you finish your consultation, youll talk on the phone (or via Amys Virtual Room if youre overseas) eight more times for 20-40 minutes each.  We use this time to check over your sleep log, answer your questions, and tweak anything that might need to be adjusted.
